STI Norland advances in its new 300 MW photovoltaic plant in Brazil

STI Norland, a worldwide manufacturer of solar trackers and fixed inclination structures, has completed the third phase of the Coremas solar plant, located in the Brazilian municipality of the same name, in the northeast of the country. The company is currently preparing to supply the next five phases of the project.

STI Norland’s single-axis solar trackers have been acquired by Rio Alto Energias Renováveis, a pioneering Brazilian company within the solar energy industry specialized in the development, financing and operation of large-scale solar parks for free or regulated markets. . Rio Alto employs 800 professionals, most of them are currently assigned to the Coremas project.
